Digital Products (eBooks)Return Limitations: Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns on eBooks once they've been downloaded.
Technical Difficulties: If you're unable to download or access your eBook due to technical issues on our end, please contact our support team. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will consider potential remedies including returns.
Physical Products (Merchandise and Accessories)
Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt to report the issue and receive instructions for return.
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
