Where do you ship from?
We ship from the UK.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
It depends if the item is a stock item or an item to be made. Please allow business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based shipping location too. Please email us or call if you would like further assistance.
How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
It will take usually between 2-5 business days.
Where can I place an order from?
You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

We have a workshop and a store in the UK
Which currency will I be charged in?
We process all orders in UK Sterling. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using UK Sterling at the most current exchange rate.
Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
We do not sell any customer information. Emails are for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
Will I (the customer) have to pay customs charges?
For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.
Is there a minimum order?
No, but this may not be cost-effective when including the delivery charge.
What is your average lead time?
Currently, 6 weeks to manufacture bespoke Items. We do keep some items in stock which you can check on the products page.
What is the size of the delivery parcel?
We make bespoke products so the size of the parcel will vary. Very large (ie a pallet) to some of our smallest self assemble flat parcels.
How to prepare for your delivery?
A third party company will perform the delivery service to you. Please make sure there is adequate access. Before delivery, ensure that there is adequate considering hallways, staircases and elevators.
Who to sign for my delivery?
Depending on what you have ordered. If it is a large delivery then either yourself or your representative that is 18 years of age or older. must be present to receive the merchandise at the agreed upon day. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee will be charged to your order. This agreement is with you and Innovation Creation Ltd.
What am I responsible for upon delivery?
Please be sure to sign the Delivery. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage. In the event that there is damage, please keep the item(s), or show the problem on the Delivery Note. Contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without notations, of missing damaged or incorrect item(s). Represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition.
